Key Responsibilities:

- **Patient Assessment and Care**:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify and address their needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, physical condition, and response to treatments.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- **Medication Administration**:

- Accurately administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and side effects.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare staff.
- Participate in team meetings and care conferences.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
- **Other Duties**:

- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Provide supervision and guidance to junior nursing staff and nursing students.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Karnataka.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop care plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Compassion and empathy for patients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
