The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, repair, and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment used in the Printing and Packaging industry. The role requires expertise in troubleshooting mechanical issues, maintaining production efficiency, and adhering to safety protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of printing and packaging machinery.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and enhance efficiency.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance procedures.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment performance.
- Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to resolve mechanical issues.
- Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Adhere to safety, environmental, and operational standards in all maintenance activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance and reliability.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering** or a related field.
- Minimum of **3-5 years of experience** in maintenance roles within the **printing & packaging industry**.
- Strong knowledge of **machine troubleshooting, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenance**.
- Experience working with **hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment**.
- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with **ISO standards** and safety regulations.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance calls.

**Work Environment & Conditions**:

- Factory/plant environment with exposure to industrial machinery and tools.
- Regular equipment inspections and repair activities.
- May require lifting heavy components and working in confined spaces.
- Shift-based work schedule with possible overtime as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
