**Your Responsibilities**:
- Direct and oversee Hitachi Energy's internal processes for assessing the market, competitive landscape, strategic plans, and target setting.
- Effectively execute internal processes across all geographic locations and business units.
- Define and optimize existing internal processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Implement continuous process improvements based on lessons learned.
- Provide insights by understanding market trends and competitive situations.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders (BUs, Regions, Industry network leaders, strategy and product development teams) for market sizing and order intake potential assessment.
- Support ad hoc requests from executive and management teams.
- Establish sales standards and manage budgetary controls.
- Achieve business results through multi-functional collaboration.
- Manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
- Coach and review the work of business analysts and other team members.

**Your Background**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing and Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Excel, Anaplan, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Sales BI, and Power BI.
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of marketing and sales processes, including market analysis, competitive landscape, and budgeting processes.
- Understanding of supply-demand balancing.
- Experience in process improvement and/or project management.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
- Excellent planning and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities under time pressure.
- Passion for learning new things and solving problems in unconventional ways.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of business operations.
- Intercultural sensitivity and effectiveness, with the ability to network and collaborate across businesses and geographies.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
