**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Website Development & Maintenance**:

- Create, design, and manage website pages using WordPress (Elementor), Wix, and other relevant platforms.
- Regularly update website content, sales offer, and promotional features in line with business requirements.
- Ensure smooth website functionality, fixing bugs, and optimizing performance for a seamless user experience.
- **Content Updates & Feature Management**:

- Update project listings, property details, and landing pages as per sales and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain website security, backups, and ensure mobile responsiveness.
- Implement SEO best practices for better online visibility.
- **CRM & Analytics Integration (Special Advantage)**:

- Embed CRM systems into the website to collect visitor inquiries and manage leads effectively.
- Integrate social media features for seamless lead collection and user engagement.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and performance metrics using analytics tools to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- **Support Marketing & Design Efforts**:

- Assist the graphic design team with content updates, banners, and visual elements.
- Support in designing marketing creatives using Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Premiere for web content and promotional videos.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure timely updates on the website.
- Coordinate with developers if advanced customization or technical troubleshooting is required.

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 4 years of experience in website design and maintenance (preferably in real estate, construction, or builder firms).
- Proficiency in WordPress (Elementor), Wix, and basic knowledge of web development tools.
- Experience in managing website pages, handling features, and implementing updates.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, website optimization, and basic security measures.
- Experience with embedding CRM tools, social media integrations, and website analytics is a strong advantage.
- Additional experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple updates based on sales and marketing changes.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Web Design, IT, Multimedia, or related fields.
- Prior experience in real estate or builder companies will be an added advantage.
