Job Title: Website Designer

Location: Bangalore

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their website requirements, goals, and objectives.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for website projects using design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Develop custom website designs that align with client branding guidelines, user experience best practices, and industry standards.
- Create visually appealing graphics, icons, and other visual elements to enhance website design and user engagement.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final website product.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve website designs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in web design and user experience design.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging website content and assets that drive user engagement and conversion.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in website design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous website projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience design, and responsive design techniques.
- Excellent graphic design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹10,942.22 - ₹42,547.44 per month
