**Job Description: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**
**Location**:Patna, Bihar

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with local and national financial regulations and standards.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and support decision-making.
- Lead the finance team, mentoring and developing staff as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 5-6 years of experience in financial management or similar roles.
- Proficient in financial software and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
