Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Security Officer located in Patna. The Chief Security Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect the organization's assets, staff, and customers. Daily tasks include overseeing the security operations, conducting risk assessments, managing security incidents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role also involves coordinating with law enforcement agencies and leading a team of security professionals to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in security management, risk assessment, and incident response
  • Strong knowledge of security technologies, protocols, and best practices
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CPP are a plus
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
