**Job Title**: Digital Marketer

**Location**: Gurugram

**Experience**: 2-3 yrs

**Working Days**:5 days per week

**Working Hours**: 9 hours/ Night Shift

**Qualification**:Any Graduate

- **Key Responsibilities**:_

1. **PPC Campaign Management**:

- Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and other relevant networks.
- Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and optimize landing pages to improve quality score and overall performance.
- Monitor and analyse
- Campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve ROI.

2. **Lead Generation**:

- Design and execute lead generation strategies through paid and unpaid marketing efforts.
- Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and overall campaign success.

3. **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare performance reports on campaign outcomes, including key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to track and optimize campaigns.

4. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the content, design, SEO and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
- **Requirements**:_
- Minimum of **2 years** of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on **PPC** and lead generation.
- Demonstrated experience in **International Markets**(**specially US and Europe)** and a deep understanding of how to tailor campaigns for different regions.
- Proficiency in **Google Ads**, **Facebook Ads**, LinkedIn and other relevant ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like **Google Analytics**, **SEMrush**, or similar platforms.
- Must have knowledge of Marketing friendly content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
