Job Summary:

- Data Entry Approval Person in the Accounts department responsible for approving

entries in SAP based on approved documents.

Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Approval of Data Entry in SAP based on approved documents.

Data Entry Approval includes all types of entries i.e. Purchase - Goods & Services,

Fixed Assets, Incoming & Outgoing Payments, Debit note, Credit note, Investments

2. Bank Reconciliation

3. Work closely with the data entry operators to assist them make the correct entries and provide the necessary training and guidance

Qualifications: B.Com

Experience: Min. 7 to 10 yrs experience in Accounts Data Entry in a medium sized

Trading or Manufacturing business (min. turnover Rs. 20 Cr.), which is a Pvt. Ltd. or Ltd. company.

Prior knowledge of SAP is mandatory.

Skills: 1. Data entry in SAP B1

2. Excel (Basic to Intermediate level)

3. Intermediate Accounting knowledge incl. Statutory i.e. TDS and GST

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,276.07 - ₹31,624.82 per month
