SALARY RANGE - 1850 SAR / MONTH ( INR 40,000 / MONTH )
QUALIFICATION - GRADUATES / FRESHERS WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
MUST HAVE - GOOD TYPING SPEED
AGE CRITERIA - MAXIMUM 35 YEARS
CONTRACT PERIOD - 06 MONTHS, MAY GET EXTEND FURTHER

JOB DESCRIPTION
- **A data entry operator’s job responsibilities include -**
- To transfer data from paper formats into database systems
- To compile, verify accuracy and sort information
- To type in data provided directly from customers or other parties
- To create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of data
- To verify data by comparing it to source documents
- To update existing data
- To create reports and retrieve data
- To perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- To sort, organize and store paperwork after entering data
- To review data for deficiencies or errors, correct the errors and check final output
- To keep information confidential
- To respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- To comply with data integrity and security policies
**SKILLS REQUIRED**
**- Proficient In Typing - **The first condition to becoming a data entry operator is that you can type a large amount of data material in a short period, with minimum typing errors. Typing speed between 40 to 50 words per minute is considered a good typing speed.
**- Knowledge Of Basic Software - **good knowledge and experience of operating basic computer software programs which includes MS Word and MS Excel.
**- Communication Skills - Verbal And Written - **Data entry demands a high level of written skills for documentation work that includes spelling and grammar. While working as a data entry operator, you expect not to leave any room for spelling and grammatical mistakes, here good quality of verbal communicationskills always play an essential role.
**- Accuracy And Attention To Detail - **Great attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are considered critical and essential skills in the data entry, to bring more accuracy in typing and editing.
**- Operating Knowledge Of Standard Office Equipment - **like printers, scanners, to make work easy and effective, along with increasing the productivity of office work.
**- Organizational and Time Management Skills -**
**Time Management Skills - **such as work planning, scheduling of tasks, completion of work before deadline.
**Organizational Skills - **such as fast typing, data sorting, batching, and maintaining files.
**- Team Work - **As a team member, you will develop additional skills such as listening skills and assertive communication.
