Maintenance Electrician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, terminate, and troubleshoot **industrial electrical systems**, including **480V 3-phase circuits**, transformers, switchgear, and distribution panels.
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues related to **VFDs**, **soft starters**, **servo drives**, and **motor control centers (MCCs)**.
- Wire, configure, and maintain **control panels**, **PLC-based automation systems**, and **HMI/operator interfaces**.
- Read and interpret complex **electrical schematics**, **P&IDs**, and **ladder logic diagrams**.
- Perform detailed troubleshooting of **sensors, actuators, relays, contactors, timers**, and other control devices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades, equipment installations, and continuous improvement projects.
- Implement and follow **preventive maintenance programs** for all electrical equipment and infrastructure.
- Perform **loop checks, signal testing**, and calibration of instrumentation and control systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all electrical work, including reports on faults, repairs, parts used, and system performance.

**Required Experience**:

- Minimum **5-7 years** of hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Proven expertise with **motor controls**, **drive systems (VFD, DC, and servo)**, and **3-phase power distribution**.
- Deep understanding of **PLC systems** (Siemens, Schneider, etc.) with the ability to assist in programming and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with **automation systems**, including **SCADA**, **HMI**, and **remote I/O systems**.
- Comfortable working with **low-voltage (24V DC)** and **high-voltage (up to 600V AC)** circuits.
- Familiar with **industrial communication protocols** such as **Modbus**, **Ethernet/IP**, or **Profibus**.
- Experience with **emergency backup systems**, **power monitoring**, and **energy efficiency initiatives** is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or B.E in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Valid electrician license or certification (as required by local regulations).
- Strong attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and ability to work in physically demanding environments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
