**Job Overview**:
The Hospital Telecaller is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to ensure smooth communication between the hospital and patients. This role involves providing information, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general patient queries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Handle Inbound/Outbound Calls**:

- Answer patient queries related to hospital services, appointments, and consultations.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with patients regarding appointments, feedback, or billing queries.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Assist patients in scheduling and rescheduling appointments with doctors or specialists.
- Coordinate with the hospital's scheduling system to manage doctor availability.
- **Patient Information**:

- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding hospital procedures, treatments, and available services.
- Direct patients to the appropriate departments for further assistance.
- **Follow-up Calls**:

- Contact patients for post-treatment or post-discharge follow-ups, satisfaction surveys, and reminders for upcoming appointments.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain and update patient information in the hospital database.
- Ensure all details are accurately entered and kept confidential in compliance with hospital policies.
- **Billing and Payment Queries**:

- Provide assistance with inquiries regarding bills, payments, and insurance-related questions.
- Coordinate with the billing department to resolve patient issues.
- **Complaint Handling**:

- Listen to patient concerns and complaints, escalate serious issues to the appropriate department, and ensure timely resolution.
- **Coordination with Departments**:

- Liaise with various hospital departments to ensure patient requests and queries are addressed promptly.
- Communicate with the medical and administrative staff for any urgent patient needs.
- **Promotion of Services**:

- Inform patients about any new services, promotions, health camps, or wellness programs offered by the hospital.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: GRADUATE
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or in a hospital/healthcare setting is an advantage.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using MS Office and hospital management software.
- **Customer Service**: Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to handle patient concerns and queries efficiently.

Pay: ₹9,107.32 - ₹35,776.60 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
