**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process CGHS bills in accordance with CGHS guidelines.
- Coordinate with departments and doctors to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
- Submit claims to CGHS authorities and track the status of reimbursements.
- Reconcile payments received against billed claims.
- Maintain records of all submitted and pending claims.
- Address queries from CGHS and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and government regulations.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., medical records, finance) for billing support.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in CGHS or insurance billing in a hospital.
- Strong understanding of CGHS billing rules and procedures.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with TPA and insurance billing will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
