Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Retention:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality interior projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and end clients.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

3. Product Knowledge & Consultation:

- Understand the company’s portfolio of products (furniture, décor, fittings, finishes, etc.).
- Offer design suggestions and product recommendations based on client requirements and budgets.

4. Market Research & Analysis:

- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Provide feedback to the team on emerging customer preferences.

5. Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
