**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
As a Safety Supervisor at Miracle Coatings Private Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees across our construction projects, particularly in painting works. You will be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise will help prevent workplace accidents and create a safe working environment on all sites.

**ABOUT US**:
**Miracle Coatings Private Ltd** (formerly Bangalore Paints Pvt Ltd) was established in 1980 and manufactures a comprehensive range of decorative paints - internal and external, masonry finishes, and special industrial formulations, paints, and coatings.

The company has a technical collaboration for the manufacture of specialized industrial coatings with Brillux - Germany, one of the largest paint companies in Germany, with a turnover of almost Euro 600 million.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
- Organize and conduct safety training sessions for employees to promote a culture of safety awareness and responsibility.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Perform regular safety inspections and audits of construction sites to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure preparedness.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on safety activities, incidents, and compliance efforts.
- Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and employees to promote a safe working environment.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all employees.
- Other works as may be delegated by the Management.

**SKILLS**:

- First Aid and CPR certification, NEBOSH or relevant certifications of EHS.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices in the construction industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey safety information and training.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and implement effective solutions.
- Meticulous attention to detail to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Strong leadership skills to influence and guide employees towards a safety-first mindset.
