**Role Summary**:
Manage content strategy, execution and community development for a wide range of marketing and communications requirements for Trove Experiences. Work in collaboration with the experience design team to manage experience operations on-ground in Pune.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with design team and marketing/communications team to ideate and execute effective campaigns.
- Manage primary social media accounts for Trove Experiences.
- Ensure all consumer-facing communications is consistent and in line with brand guidebook.
- Plan a weekly and monthly content calendar for both organic and paid social media posts.
- Present concepts and recommendations to larger marketing team.
- Coordinate with venue partners, experts and videographer / photographer to ensure seamless planning and execution of weekend experiences.
- Attend and oversee weekend experiences in Pune as per set formats, introduce experts, capture and create content, and engage with participants.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing / Communications / Advertising or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience working in a design / advertising firm / consultancy / agency.
- Strong portfolio of work demonstrating content writing skills, specifically in the digital space.
- Proven experience in delivering effective and innovative campaigns in both print and digital space.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
