Bakery Chef

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other bakery items according to recipes or customer requests.
- Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure all baked goods are consistent in quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage daily production schedules and maintain adequate inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times for optimal results.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Train and supervise junior bakers, assistants, or kitchen staff as needed.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for timely product delivery.
- Control waste and manage portion sizes to ensure cost efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef, Pastry Chef, or Baker.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
- Creativity and an eye for detail in decorating and presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Good time management, teamwork

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time / Shift-based (early mornings, weekends, or holidays as required).
