Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Bakery Chef to prepare high-quality baked goods, pastries, breads, and desserts. The ideal candidate should have expertise in baking techniques, attention to detail, and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other bakery items according to recipes or customer requests.
  • Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure all baked goods are consistent in quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Manage daily production schedules and maintain adequate inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
  • Monitor oven temperatures and baking times for optimal results.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Train and supervise junior bakers, assistants, or kitchen staff as needed.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for timely product delivery.
  • Control waste and manage portion sizes to ensure cost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bakery Chef, Pastry Chef, or Baker.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
  • Creativity and an eye for detail in decorating and presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
  • Good time management, teamwork

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time / Shift-based (early mornings, weekends, or holidays as required).
