**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Supervision**: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the factory floor, ensuring production targets are met on time and within budget.
- **LABOUR Management**: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of production workers, ensuring high levels of performance, productivity, and morale.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and enforce quality control standards, ensuring products meet the company’s specifications and regulatory requirements.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed to maintain a safe work environment, minimizing risks and preventing accidents.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring stock levels are maintained and production is not delayed due to shortages.
- **Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the production process, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of production output, labor hours, and any other relevant operational data. Provide regular reports to upper management on production progress and challenges.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure that equipment is properly maintained and serviced to prevent downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Recommend and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall production efficiency.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
