**OBJECTIVES**:
A Junior Architect is responsible for producing high quality project deliverables. He/ She can work on any/all phases of development including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Execution Drawings & Documents and Administration. They help the Principal Architect in Site Evaluation, Quality & Design checks and controls to ensure the facilitation of the project’s completion on-time, and meeting the Co.s quality standards.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Preparing Architectural and interior drawings as guided by the Principal Architect or the Project Manager.

2. Reviewing & designing architectural and interior drawings when asked.

3. Preparing 3D models on sketchup - Conceptual and detailed as per design.

5. Providing guidance to Sit Engineers, supervisors & Contractors like Plumber, Electrician, etc. and help them interpret the drawings and documents.

6. Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that the project requirements are met.

7. Preparing BOQs for projects, and reviewing Measurements shared by Vendors/ Contractors.

8. Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.

9. Acting as a mentor to new architects and helping them fine tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
