- Identify and **recruit qualified Riders for Last mile Grocery delivery **professionals for Long-term assignments.
- Taking Responsibility of dedicated Store level and **shift level Planned vs actual** hiring numbers.
- Proactively contact and R**ecruit prospective Riders** to establish relationships with them.
- understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities and Educate various Projects Cycle Hiring& E -Cycle Hiring & EV Hiring.
- Responsible for achieving Daily Targets and meeting store-level hiring and shift-level hiring Targets.
- Responsible for Riders Store Level and City level via Field Recruitment.
- Generate leads through various **Field recruiting channels**, **strategic planning and generating referrals from Existing Fleets**.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
