**Certification - Should be certified CLSA (Part 1&2) in Pega PRPC v6.x/v7.x/v8.x**

**Responsibilities**
- Must be capable to prepare the new proposal of development
- Should be able to do the estimation of large scale program
- Must collaborate with business stakeholders/customer to understand requirements and develop solutions
- Must Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to PEGA best practices
- Must provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Pega developers and Tech Leads
- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Continuously explore new Pega features, tools, and technologies to enhance solution delivery.
- Lead the PEGA upgrade programs
- Lead the configurations and deployments
- Contribute to the internal capability-building

- Proficiency in integration rules (SOAP, REST, MQ, JMS, Kafka.. etc.)

**Expertise in PEGA rules such as**
- Decision rules
- Declarative rules
- Data pages
- Validation rules
- Data transforms and Activities
- Flows and Flow Actions
- Queue processors and job schedulers
- Layouts
- Report definitions
- Multivariate circumstancing
- Access groups and roles
- Rule skimming

Total Experience Expected: 10-14 years

**Qualifications**:
