**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and promotional materials, adhering to Company's branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns and visual storytelling strategies to support Company's initiatives and events.
- Design and produce engaging multimedia content, such as infographics, videos, animations, and presentations, to communicate complex ideas and messages effectively.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience preferences, and translate them into compelling visual designs.
- Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and impact of Company's visual assets.
- Maintain consistency and integrity of Company's brand identity across all design materials, ensuring alignment with organisational values and messaging.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, receiving feedback constructively and incorporating changes as needed.
- Experience in designing for digital platforms, social media, and web is preferred.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, and animation tools is a plus.
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship, with a genuine interest in contributing to Company's mission and vision.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
