Manage recovery and collection of outstanding accounts & Achieve monthly collection targets.
- Negotiate with past due accounts for debt recovery.
- Closely monitor and follow
- up overdue accounts for timely resolutions.
- Contacting delinquent / pre-delinquent account holders.
- using pre-defined scripts informing them about the overdue status & obtaining promise to pay.
- Go to the extra mile” to achieve / excel assigned targets.
- Aility to speak persuasively and listen critically
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Prioritize multiple tasks to ensure the successful completion of each debt collection attempt
- Must have skills:

- Communication

Decision-making
Organization
- **Education: Graduate**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
