**Vocational Trainer (Special Needs) / Freshers**

Qualification: Diploma holder or Graduate (any discipline)

Experience: Freshers and Experienced are welcome

**Working Time - 9am to 4.30pm (Mon - Fri), 2 Saturday Off and 2 Sat - 9am to 1pm**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Teach vocational activities to adults with autism and special needs.
- Supervise group sessions focused on vocational product manufacturing.
- Monitor students closely to identify any signs of discomfort, behavioral concerns, or support needs.
- Share timely observations and progress reports with senior special educators and parents.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution of training sessions.

- Patience, empathy, and ability to connect with individuals with special needs.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to structured training and curriculum.
