Vocational Trainer

Vocational Trainer (Special Needs) / Freshers

Qualification: Diploma holder or Graduate (any discipline)

Experience: Freshers and Experienced are welcome

Working Time - 9am to 4.30pm (Mon - Fri), 2 Saturday Off and 2 Sat - 9am to 1pm

Key Responsibilities

• Teach vocational activities to adults with autism and special needs.
• Supervise group sessions focused on vocational product manufacturing.
• Monitor students closely to identify any signs of discomfort, behavioral concerns, or support needs.
• Share timely observations and progress reports with senior special educators and parents.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution of training sessions.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to structured training and curriculum.
