Staff Supervisor

**Job Summary**

As a Staff Supervisor at our grocery store, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your role will involve shift management, training development, and budgeting to optimize store performance.

**Duties**
- Communicate effectively with team members and upper management
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal product availability
- Manage inventory levels and oversee purchasing activities
- Develop and implement training programs for staff members
- Monitor wireless sales performance and provide guidance for improvement

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a grocery store setting
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and stakeholders

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
