**Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor the service team, including technicians and service advisors, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
- **Customer Service**: Oversee customer interactions, addressing complaints and concerns effectively to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Operations Management**: Monitor daily service operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Technical Expertise**: Provide guidance and support for complex repairs and maintenance issues, ensuring all service work meets safety and quality regulations.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage parts inventory, ordering, and stock levels to ensure timely availability of necessary components.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Prepare regular reports on service performance, customer feedback, and technician productivity, using insights to drive improvements.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in preparing and managing the service department budget, aiming to optimize costs and maximize profitability.
- **Training & Development**: Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing training for service staff to enhance technical skills and customer service capabilities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to support business goals and promote service offerings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
