**Supervisor**

Location**:Kollam, Kottarakkara**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team to ensure work is performed according to established standards.
- Assign tasks and ensure the team adheres to deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training as necessary.
- Coordinate and report operational issues and provide solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure proper allocation of resources, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, team performance, and equipment usage.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise in daily operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and meet company objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members and ensure a positive work environment.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Diploma** in **Engineering**, **Management**, or a related field.
- **4 to 8 years** of experience in a **supervisory** or similar leadership role.
- Prior experience managing a team and handling operational responsibilities is preferred.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
