As a Admin, you will play a central role in supporting daily operations, managing communications, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and exceptional organizational ability.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal departments, and senior management
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure workflow consistency
- Record and maintain daily and monthly expense logs; manage expense vouching (no accounting duties)
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and documentation
- Provide administrative and operational support to the management team
- Prepare basic reports and follow-ups as required
