We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team. As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our online UG and PG programs. Your responsibilities will include student management, effective follow-ups for sales closure, addressing student queries, maintaining daily task records, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct effective student management, ensuring proper follow-ups to facilitate sales closure.
- Address student queries and concerns promptly and satisfactorily.
- Provide daily updates to team leaders before engaging in client interactions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of daily calls and task completions.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with potential students.
- Exhibit the ability to think critically and provide informed guidance to prospective students.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in sales or counselling, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to think critically and provide well-informed guidance.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with the education industry and online learning platforms is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- Fixed Salary + Incentives (upto Rs. 20,000 per month ) based on your performance.

**Location**:

- Noida Sector - 63

**Languages Known**:

- Native speaker of Hindi and English.
- Good proficiency in English is an added advantage.
- Working 6 days a week with Sundays off.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
