**Job Title**: Laser Programmer & Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Laser Programming**:

- Develop and modify laser cutting programs using basic AutoCAD software.
- Translate technical drawings and CAD files into machine-readable code.
- Optimize cutting paths to ensure material efficiency and accuracy.
- **Laser Operation**:

- Set up and operate CNC laser machines for production tasks.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings for optimal output.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Make necessary adjustments to improve the precision and quality of cuts.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding any issues or improvements needed.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while operating laser machines.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- **Experience**: Freshers with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is essential.
