Own all performance marketing channels (FB, Google, affiliates, other partners). Improve and continuously optimise digital cost metrics.
Execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns including strategy, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, optimisation, and reporting. Drive customer acquisition and ROI through continuous optimisation, testing, and experimenting with ad creative work, bid strategies, audience targeting, and placements.
Able to scale campaigns on Google and FB at a target ROAS Design and execute PPC and PPM campaigns at scale across multiple channels like Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc. You have good knowledge of Campaign Management Tools (e.g., Facebook, Google, Amazon Ads), and Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Design and implement experiments to improve CAC, LTV, CTR, etc. Experience in Ad sales, and with a Large Performance Media Agency Maintain and update a robust audience strategy based on user attributes, interests, browsing patterns, demographic data, custom audiences, and more.

**Requirements**:
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Significant experience building, growing, and developing Facebook campaigns to deliver high quality and impactful results. Excellent communication & writing skills. Experience in amazon and Flipkart ads is a plus

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
