**Position**: Tool and Die Maintenance

**Location**: Chakan (Pune)

**Experience**: 2-3 years

**Qualification**: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on tool and die equipment used in sheet metal manufacturing processes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with tooling and dies to ensure optimal performance and mínimal downtime.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure equipment longevity.
- Conduct regular inspections of tooling and dies to identify wear, damage, or irregularities, and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance tasks performed on tooling and dies.
- Coordinate with production teams to understand tooling requirements and address any issues that may affect production efficiency.
- Ensure that all tooling and dies meet quality standards and specifications, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance activities to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and others.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in tool and die maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in tooling technology and maintenance techniques through training sessions and workshops.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
