The **Die Maintenance Junior Engineer** is responsible for supporting the upkeep, repair, and improvement of dies used in the manufacturing process. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in the modification of dies to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

**Key Responsibilities:Die Maintenance & Repair**:

- Perform routine maintenance on dies to prevent production downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot die-related issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Assist in repairing damaged or worn-out die components.
- Support modifications and improvements to dies based on production requirements.

**Production Support**:

- Work closely with production teams to minimize die-related disruptions.
- Ensure dies are correctly installed and aligned for efficient operation.
- Maintain proper records of die maintenance and repairs.

**Preventive Maintenance & Quality Control**:

- Follow preventive maintenance schedules for dies and tooling.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on dies to detect early signs of wear and failure.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of maintenance activities, modifications, and issues.
- Assist in preparing reports on die performance and maintenance trends.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement process improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
