**Job Summary**:
The Logistics Executive is responsible for handling the receiving and dispatching of electronic devices, parts, and related documents. The role involves maintaining records, ensuring timely delivery or receipt, and coordinating with teams to streamline the repair and service process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inward Management**:

- Receive Industrial electronic devices from clients.
- Verify and document the condition, quantity, and details of received items.
- Create and maintain records of incoming goods in the system.
- Tag items and transfer them to the designated departments.

**Outward Management**:

- Dispatch repaired or replaced items to clients.
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation for outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for pickup and delivery.

**Documentation & Records**:

- Maintain accurate logs of all inward and outward movements in the system.
- Ensure proper documentation such as receipts, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Handle discrepancies, shortages, or damage claims, if any.

**Coordination**:

- Ensure adherence to timelines for repairs and deliveries.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect the condition of incoming and outgoing items to match standards.
- Report damaged or defective items to the respective teams and clients.

**Inventory Support**:

- Support stock management by updating inventories for items received or dispatched.
- Assist in audits or physical stock verification.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and service processes.
- Proficiency in using software tools for inventory or record management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Must be expertise in Internet searching.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with inventory systems or basic office software.

**Work Environment**:

- Interaction with multiple teams and external logistics providers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
