_**Key Responsibilities**:_
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
Maintain an up-to-date and organized filing system for important documents.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and faxing.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room reservations.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Provide general information to clients and visitors about our services.
Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure efficient office operations.
Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
Qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a real estate or similar industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of office equipment, such as photocopiers and fax machines.
Customer service-oriented with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
