Sunshot Solar is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. Additionally, the Receptionist will be responsible for conducting tele-calling to potential clients, introducing Sunshot Solar, and explaining its products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain records and files
- Conduct tele-calling to potential clients
- Follow up with clients
- Provide customer support
- Maintain a professional demeanor

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused approach
- Experience with tele-calling and customer service is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
