**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. The Creative Designer will get design leads from the creative Head / from other senior members in the team and will be responsible for working on a product communication for eCommerce portals, other websites, brand pages

2. A hands-on role where the designer is expected to work on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Indesign.

3. To produce creative assets including graphics, templates and layouts, and visual standards for marketing activities.

4. Maintain a set of best design practices and guidelines to reduce and minimize production efforts.

5. Excellent skills in photo-editing/ enhancement and post-processing for digital content.

6. Ability to visualize compositions that best represent the product, good understanding of elements of designs, size, proportions, and perspectives.

7. Provide image retouching, and any additional image manipulation to ensure quality and effectiveness of creative assets.

8. Continuously self-educate on the competitive landscape and current design trends to help in maintaining relevance in advertising and design.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum 3 to 5 yrs. experience required**

1. High proficiency with industry-standard design tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite).

2. Worked on product photography images to enhance and modify them for eCommerce websites

3. A positive and creative bent of mind who can ideate and develop innovative creative concepts

4. Should be able to handle projects individually from start to finish, and can operate on tight timelines.

5. A self-starter attitude with an excitement to work in a fast-paced, low-ego environment.

6. Ability to collaborate with others-stakeholders, technical teams, partners and other designers.

7. Good written and verbal communication skills

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
