**Job Title**: Creative Graphic Designer
**Experience**: 3-5 years
**Location**: On-site, Chennai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative concepts tailored to client brands, including logos, typography, color schemes, and imagery.
- Design a range of marketing materials such as brochures, business cards, presentations, social media graphics, and digital/web assets.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and account management teams to ensure cohesive branding strategies for clients across various platforms.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent use across all client touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, incorporating innovative practices into client design strategies.
- Present creative concepts and prototypes to both internal teams and clients, refining designs based on feedback.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of junior designers, fostering professional growth and creative development.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for the production of marketing materials when required.
- Engage with clients to understand their creative vision and deliver designs that align with their brand goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of client branding and design projects.
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Excellent grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, especially with clients.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a design team.
- Previous experience working in a design or creative agency is preferred.
