Welcome guests and greetings them and entry and exit.

Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate Box office and Concession Counters.

Providing excellent customer service at Box office/concession/canteen area.

Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner and responsible to answer customer queries.

Must be able to handle petty cash and keep record of all transactions.

Responsible for Counter Billing Operations in software.

Must be familiar with all mode of payments. (E.g., Cash, Card, UPI etc.,)

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
