**Job Title**: Experienced Pharma PCD Sales Telecaller

**Location**: SCO-46, DR. D PHARMA ,2nd Floor, Sector 11 Panchkula

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience Required**: 2-4 years in Pharma PCD Sales or Telecalling

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and healthcare professionals.
- Proactively generate and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Present and explain pharma products and their benefits effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM software.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.

**Key Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in Pharma PCD Sales or Telecalling.
- Proven experience in generating and managing new client accounts.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong ability to handle objections and negotiate deals.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive and target-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
