Job Title: Office Boy

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and restock office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and toiletries.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms for conferences and events, including arranging chairs, tables, and audiovisual equipment.
- Serve beverages, snacks, and meals to employees and guests during meetings or as requested.
- Distribute incoming mail, packages, and documents to respective departments.
- Run errands, such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents to other offices.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as required.
- Help with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, organizing files, and maintaining records.
- Cooperate and coordinate with other office staff to ensure efficient operations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment operation.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
