**Job Title**: Office Boy
**Location**: Trivandrum
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Maintenance and Cleanliness**:

- Maintain the cleanliness of the office, including workspaces, pantry, and reception area.
- Ensure that all common areas are organized and tidy.
- **Document Handling and Filing**:

- Assist with document filing, photocopying, and scanning as directed by the office staff.
- Help distribute internal memos and mail within the office.
- **Support Staff Assistance**:

- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Assist in preparing meeting rooms and ensuring all necessary items are in place before meetings.
- **Handling Office Supplies**:

- Keep track of office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and cleaning materials.
- Replenish supplies as needed and inform the relevant staff when stock is low.
- **Errand Running**:

- Handle external errands, such as depositing checks, collecting packages, and other minor tasks required outside the office.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents or packages to clients, vendors, or other offices.
- **Basic Office Equipment Maintenance**:

- Assist with the upkeep of office equipment (e.g., photocopiers, printers) by reporting malfunctions or arranging for repairs.
- Ensure pantry and cleaning equipment are in working order.
- **Visitor Assistance**:

- Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Assist visitors with refreshments or any other needs during their visit.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
