**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000/month

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute menu items based on brand standards
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
- Supervise kitchen staff and manage shift schedules
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Handle inventory, stock control, and daily ordering
- Monitor portion control and reduce food wastage
- Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours
**Requirements**:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Chef or CDP (Chef de Partie)
- Strong knowledge of Indian and/or Continental cuisine
- Proven ability to manage kitchen operations independently
- Familiarity with hygiene and food safety regulations
- Team player with leadership and time management skills
