- Job DescriptionResponsibility Areas Role Description Overview:
Trainee Coder is accountable to manage day to day activities of coding the patients chart & diagnosis report.

Responsibility Areas:
2. Updating/Clearing the production/pending reports
3. Other miscellaneous work that requires coding expertise
4. Coding or auditing charts, based on requirements
5. Prepare and Maintain status reports.
Formal Education/ Certification - Qualification:

- UG/PG Graduates - Paramedical Staff (B. Pharm, Nursing science, Physiotherapy, homeopathy, ayurvedic science),
- Regular Life Science graduates( Bsc
- Botany, Biotechnology, Zoology, Biochemistry Medical Records Technology),
- Diploma (2yrs,3yrs,4yrs in Nursing, Medical records, Pharmacy, genetics, Biomedical etc.

Desired Profile - Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
- Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.
- Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards.

Skills Required - Excellent Knowledge on Anatomy & Physiology
