About Us:
Calids Landscapes is a leading landscape design and execution firm based in Bangalore, specializing in turnkey landscape solutions. Our services include landscape design, garden essentials, irrigation, maintenance, and water features. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team and assist with the efficient management of landscape projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget and on schedule.

**Job Description**:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for cost planning, budgeting, and coordination of landscape projects both on-site and in-office. You will collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure project specifications and financial goals are met.

**Responsibilities**:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and manage tender processes for landscape projects.

Conduct detailed cost analyses and ensure cost control from project inception to completion.

Coordinate with site teams to oversee project execution and ensure alignment with budget, timelines, and design specifications.

Manage contracts and liaise with contractors, vendors, and clients to resolve financial or operational issues.

Maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and invoices.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within the landscape or construction industry.

Strong understanding of cost management, budgeting, and project scheduling.

Ability to work both in an office environment and at project sites, coordinating with multiple teams.

Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
