We are located on Sindhu Bhavan Road in the high-end project of Shivarth THE ACE. We are the sister firm of a real
- estate firm, Shivarth Projects, which has been in the real estate field for last 30 years.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Interior Site Supervisor to help us with various projects in
Ahmedabad.

**LOCATION**: Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Working closely with vendor for smooth site coordination

2. Oversee design progress against schedule and budget.

3. Submit Daily progress report of the site. Prepare a monthly budget sheet for the site.

4. Coordinate for estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to director for approval.

5. Handling contractors and getting the required deliverables from them on time

6. Control wastage on site through efficient usage of material, Ensuring proper storage of unused material to ensure reusability

7. Ensuring quality execution of site based quality parameters also ensuring on-time completion of site as per the plan

8. Review and detail shop drawings for construction plan

9. Advance planning of material for smooth purchase and delivery

10. Negotiate with vendors for purchase of material and get approval from director

11. Administer design subcontract including processing monthly invoices for payment

12. Ensuring on time ordering of material through with Project manager as per the execution plan

13. Head and manage procurement of selected materials &Facilitate resolving design issues with owner/architect

14. Finding solutions for technical issues for site through Project Manager

15. Subcontract fabrication, installation, and arrangement of carpeting, fixtures, accessories, draperies, paint and wall coverings, art work, furniture, and related items.

16. Be a bridge of communication among the vendor and organization

17. Use computer-aided drafting (CAD) and related software to produce construction documents.

18. Performing regular inspections of the construction site

19. Prepare work schedules and track worker activities.

20. Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, engineers, and plumbers, to ensure job success.

**Qualification**:
Person with 3-5 years of experience & Proven track record of executing turnkey interior projects preferably in commercial spaces.Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the interior design, construction, or related industry.

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in interpreting architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.

Familiarity with relevant construction codes and regulations.Sound knowledge of carpentry, civil, and various
MEP works.Should be able to read and analyze drawings and BOQ

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage on-site teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Clear and effective communication skills to liaise with team members, clients,contractors, and suppliers.

Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to ensuring a safe work environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
