Your role will involve understanding their needs, providing academic advice, and fostering a positive learning experience to enhance their success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual counseling sessions to assess students' academic goals, challenges, and personal development needs.
- Provide guidance and support to students in navigating academic programs, course selections, and career pathways.
- Collaborate with academic advisors and faculty members to develop personalized learning plans for students.
- Organize workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, stress management, and other relevant topics to enhance student success.
- Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions and follow-up activities to track student progress and outcomes.
- Serve as a resource for students seeking information on campus resources, support services, and community resources.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in student counseling and psychology to continually improve counseling services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Psychology or related field.
- Proven experience in counseling or advising students in an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a genuine interest in supporting student development and well-being.
- Knowledge of psychological theories, counseling techniques, and ethical standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, and administrators.
- Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional ethics in counseling practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
