REQUIRED SALES EXECUTIVE FOR REAL ESTATE COMPANY "GUJARAT PROPERY" IN GANDHINAGAR GIFT CITY.

**MINIMUM EXPERIENCE**: 1 TO 3 YEARS AS SALES EXECUTIVE.

Relevant Experience in Real estate sector would be an advantage.

**SALARY **:15000 TO 22000 + INCENTIVE

**QUALIFICATION**: ANY GRADUATE OR BBA / SPECIALIZATION IN SALES

**LANGUAGES**:HINDI ENGLISH AND GUJARATI

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Would be responsible for Real Estate Sales in GIFT CITY
- Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
- Maintain daily sales report
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
- Manage client query on the phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
- Negotiate terms and close the deal.
- Site visit with client if required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gandhinagar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
